My experience started with lead generation and real estate support, but over the years, I’ve continued learning and expanding what I can do. Hi! I'm Martha. I'm a Virtual Support Specialist with 5+ years of experience supporting real estate businesses in the U.S. and Australia.

Over the years, I've worked on everything from outbound calling and lead generation to lead management, CRM updates, administrative coordination, and day-to-day business support.

I know that running a business often means having too many things competing for your attention—leads to follow up with, emails to answer, systems to update, tasks to keep track of, and small things that somehow become big distractions.

That's where I like to come in.

I enjoy taking those moving pieces, learning how your business works, and helping make the day-to-day workload more manageable.

I'm naturally curious about how things work, and I don't need everything to be familiar on day one. Give me the process, and I'll learn it, adapt to it, and find my way around it.

I started my career in 2020, working closely with a real estate investor. That experience became the foundation of my career in virtual support and gave me a strong understanding of how the real estate business works behind the scenes.

What started with cold calling and lead generation gradually grew into lead management, CRM support, follow-ups, administrative coordination, and day-to-day business support.

I've continued expanding my skills into sales funnels, landing pages, and website creation. I still have a lot to learn, but I'm naturally curious and I don't stop learning just because something is new to me.
